4) Personality and Team Profiling-Managing Behaviour Using DISC

Duration: 1 or 2 days

This program is designed to give insight to the participants on how different we are according to DiSC profiling. Having the knowledge of profiling people is key in managing expectations in the organizations so we go move to the next level.

As individuals of an organisation/department, how each individual paints their picture will affect the broader and larger aspect of the overall picture – what others see as the overall ‘picture’ or the ‘culture’ of that organisation/department is hence dependant on how each paints it.
